What the package includes
Surgery at a licensed partner hospital, your hospital stay, hotel accommodation, airport–hotel–hospital transfers, pre-operative tests and interpretation where specified, compression garments where needed and complication insurance. Beyond cosmetic surgery
Weight-loss surgery (gastric sleeve or bypass) is usually considered with a BMI of 35 or more, or 30–35 with an accompanying disease such as type 2 diabetes; the surgeon decides after examination and tests. We also arrange orthopaedics (knee and hip replacement, arthroscopy, spine surgery), eye treatment (lens replacement, laser vision correction), neurology, urology and gynaecology. IVF in Turkey is available only to married couples using their own eggs and sperm, as Turkish law requires. For oncology and organ transplantation there are no listed prices: the plan follows a review of your reports, and for kidney or liver transplantation you come with your own related donor – New City Clinic does not provide donors.
Travelling from the UK and Ireland
There are direct flights to Istanbul from London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Dublin, among others, and the flight takes around four hours. Stays depend on the procedure, from 3–4 days for a hair transplant to 7–10 days for body surgery. Tell your GP before you travel; after you return, follow-up continues with photos and video calls, and your reports are provided in English.
