1. Information we collect

• Information you provide through forms and the chat assistant: name, e-mail, phone, country, city, the treatment you are interested in and your message.
• Photographs and health information you send by WhatsApp or e-mail for a preliminary assessment.
• A preference stored in your browser: the site language you chose.
• Server logs: technical information such as IP address, browser type and time of visit.

2. How we use information

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for purposes unrelated to your request.

• To answer your request and contact you.
• To prepare a medical assessment, treatment plan and quote.
• To organise travel, transfers and accommodation.
• To keep the site secure and improve our services.

3. Cookies and local storage

Our site uses your browser’s local storage to remember your language preference. To understand how the site is used we use Google Analytics, and to measure how our advertising performs we use the Google Ads tag; these tools place cookies on your device only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice, and report to Google whether you arrived from an advert and actions such as sending the enquiry form or clicking a WhatsApp or phone link. If you decline, no advertising cookies are set. If you arrived through an advert, the campaign details (such as source and campaign name) are kept in your browser’s local storage and attached to the enquiry you send. You can reset your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. When you play embedded YouTube videos or follow links to platforms such as WhatsApp or Instagram, those services may set their own cookies.

4. Third-party services

Our site relies on the following third-party services: contact form delivery, a database service for appointment and chat records, Google Fonts for typefaces, YouTube for video and WhatsApp for messaging. Their own privacy policies apply, and some process data on servers outside Türkiye.

5. Data security

Our site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your information is accessed only by the staff, physicians and partner institutions dealing with your request. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure; we recommend sharing sensitive health information only as far as necessary.

Information is kept for as long as your request and any treatment process require, and for statutory retention periods. You have the right to access your information, to have it corrected or deleted and to withdraw consent. If you live in the European Union, you can also exercise your GDPR rights by writing to the same address.

7. Children

Our site is not directed at anyone under 18. Applications on behalf of minors may only be made by a parent or legal guardian.
